Billing Options
Assistant Services & Associates now offers a number of
convenient billing options designed to fit each of the client's needs. Below you will find a description of your different
billing and payment plans.
Hourly Plan The standard hourly rate
is $25.00 per hour. This plan is best suited for small, time-based projects. This is only when Assistant Services & Associates is required to purchase supplies on behalf of the client when needed
supplies/materials are not supplied at the time services are provided. If a deposit is paid, the balance will be
due at the conclusion of the project.
Per Project Plan Many clients will prefer to pay for services on a "per project" basis.
With this service, clients are provided with an estimate of the cost. A 25% deposit (if applicable) will be required. If
a deposit is paid, the balance is due at the conclusion of the project.
Ongoing Services
Often clients will request specific services to be performed by Assistant
Services & Associates which is outside of the retainer plans and general lines of services, and a monthly
payment has been negotiated and agreed on. Therefore, a $300 deposit is required. This deposit covers all
upfront expected and unexpected expenses on behalf of the client to which all receipts are maintained and shared with the
client to keep them informed.
Retainer Plans Assistant Services & Associates offers
discounted retainer plans to clients who require our services on an ongoing basis. Monthly fees are due prior to the beginning
of the month.
Basic Retainer
Plan - $450 (Monthly)

Requires a minimum of 15 hours per month, payable in advance.

Additional hours are billed at $22.00 per hour.

Upgrade Retainer Plan - $750 (Quarterly)

Requires a minimum of 30 hours per month, payable in advance.

Premier Retainer Service Plan - $1,500 (Annually)

This is ideal
for clients who have a need for services on an ongoing basis, and for clients always on the go. The services are always available
when needed, and there is no limit on hours worked per month because the plan comes with 900 hours per year. The plan covers
expenses (if any), while offering the client unlimited flexibility on ongoing and long-term projects. 50% of the retainer
fee is due at beginning and 50% due at end of one-year period. Renew for a second and receive 25% off. Misuse of services
in this plan or other retainer plans will result in termination of services rendered.
Database Services
This services has been given much attention to growing businesses for various reasons.

Databases must be received in good form and cannot be more than six months out of date.
The Nonprofit Outsourcing Support Program, starting
from $600 - $2,500 (Annually) For one year, nonprofit organizations with budget sizes below $150,000 may
receive outsourcing support services at a discounted rate from $600 - $2,500 (based on annual budget). In accordance with
the current Policies & Procedures, proof must be provided to show nonprofit exempt status or the organizaiton must pending
receipt of their status. Organizations who are sharing an exempt status are eligible.
Fee is due upon agreement of/and
receipt of signed application. However, special arrangements may be made to pay 50% of the fee upon receipt of the signed
and agreed upon application, and the remaining 50% at the end of one year.

felt it necessary to offer to clients the opportunity to create service plans that suits their ongoing,
day-to-day business needs to include specific services to apply to their daily business processes.
